Refund Policy.

Because our templates, eBooks, and guides are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been issued.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, sample contents (where provided), and the disclosures on the acknowledgment screen. By completing your purchase you confirm you understand the product is for general educational purposes only and is not legal advice for your specific matter.

We will issue a refund of the purchase price for a digital product if:

• you were charged but never received a download link or were never able to access the file because of an issue on our end;
• the file you received is corrupted or materially differs from the product description and we are unable to deliver a working copy within a reasonable time; or
• you were charged more than once for the same product because of a billing error.

To request a refund under this section, email contact@landrypllc.com within 14 days of the original charge with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again, but the most recent renewal payment is non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.

Paid consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled (with a full refund of the consultation fee) up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests inside the 24-hour window are accommodated where possible but are not refundable if the slot cannot be re-filled.

If you do not attend a scheduled consultation and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Initial personal injury case evaluations are free; no payment is taken at intake, so this policy does not apply to them.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer and bank.
