1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of landrypllc.com, the websites operated by Landry Legal PLLC (“Landry Legal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including any contract templates, guides, eBooks, downloadable resources, blog posts, forms, and other content (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, by submitting any form, or by purchasing or downloading any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. No attorney–client relationship
Use of this Site does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and Landry Legal or any of its attorneys. An attorney–client relationship with Landry Legal is formed only after (a) we have completed a conflicts check, (b) we have agreed in writing to represent you, and (c) you have signed a written engagement agreement.
Submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, paying a consultation fee, purchasing a template, downloading a free resource, or otherwise interacting with the Site does not by itself create such a relationship. Until an engagement agreement is signed, please do not send us confidential information you would not want disclosed.
3. Educational use only — not legal advice
All templates, guides, eBooks, blog posts, FAQs, and other materials on the Site are provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal advice and have not been drafted, reviewed, or tailored to your specific facts, jurisdiction, transaction, industry, or matter.
Laws change, vary by state, and depend on facts. You are solely responsible for determining whether any template fits your situation, for making any modifications, and for complying with applicable law. Before relying on any template or material for an actual legal matter, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
If your situation is urgent or involves potential injury, do not rely on the Site. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. If you have a personal injury matter that has just occurred, call us at (888) 914-0011 (24/7).
4. License to use templates and materials
When you purchase or download a template, guide, or other digital product from us, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute any template or material;
- publish a template publicly (for example, on a free template site);
- represent that a template was prepared for, or constitutes legal advice specific to, any particular matter; or
- remove or obscure any copyright notice, attribution, or other proprietary notice in any material we provide.
All templates and materials remain the intellectual property of Landry Legal. Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
5. Orders and payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; Landry Legal does not store your full payment card information. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the product purchased. We may decline, cancel, or refund any order in our sole discretion.
Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Forms, communications, and data we collect
When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or place an order, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message) and certain technical metadata (such as your IP address, browser, the page you arrived from, and basic device information). We use this information to respond to you, to fulfill orders, to operate and secure the Site, and as otherwise described in our applicable privacy notice.
Communications you send through the Site are not encrypted end-to-end and may be transmitted over the public internet. Treat the Site like email: do not include information you would not want others to potentially access.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL TEMPLATES, GUIDES, AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDRY LEGAL AND ITS ATTORNEYS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a template or other digital product purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site, a template, or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
